• Users cannot post ads directly. To list a property, send us a request with your details and the property information, and we will review it and add the ad ourselves.

• You must be 18 or older and have the right to sell or rent the property.

• Everything you tell us (price, location, condition, photos, details) must be true and not misleading.

• Any photos you provide to us, by any method, must be yours or you must have permission to use them. We may also take our own photos of the property.

• We may ask for proof of ownership or authority before listing.

• Any commission, fees, or agency terms are subject to discussion and will be agreed with you in writing before we act on your behalf.

3. Our right to accept or reject
Sending a request does not guarantee we will list your property. We may accept, edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time, including to correct errors or keep our listings accurate.

4. New construction

• We help buyers and investors with new construction properties, including homes, apartments, and plots in projects that are under construction or not yet built.

• We can help you compare projects, understand payment plans, arrange site visits, and connect you with the developer or builder.

• Images, floor plans, and descriptions of unfinished projects are for illustration only. The final property may differ in design, size, finishes, or completion date.

• Completion dates, prices, and payment plans are set by the developer and may change.

5. Property information on this site
We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate and up to date, but prices, availability, photos, and details may change. Listings are not an offer or contract. Please confirm all details with us before making a decision.

6. Viewings and deals
Viewings and negotiations are arranged through us. No sale or rental is binding until a written agreement is signed. Always inspect the property and check the documents before paying any money, and only pay through the methods we confirm in writing.

7. Not allowed

• Fraud, scams, or illegal activity

• Giving false or misleading information

• Misusing other people's details

• Trying to hack, break, or overload the site

8. Fees
Our fees and commission are subject to discussion and will be agreed with you in writing before we publish your property.

You keep ownership of the information and photos you provide to us, however you send them, but you allow us to use them to market your property on our site and other channels.

We act with reasonable care and professionalism. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses caused by errors outside our control, such as information provided by owners or changes in market conditions.
